If additional repairs are discovered during the service, you'll receive a notification with details and pricing through the app. The garage won't proceed with any extra work without your explicit approval. You stay in control at all times.
When do I pay?
You only pay after the work is completed and you're satisfied. Payment is made securely through the mycar platform, and you'll receive a detailed invoice for all services performed.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your booking through the app. We recommend doing so at least 24 hours before your appointment to give the garage time to adjust their schedule.
